  1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website operated under the Petprimavest brand and apply to all purchases made through www.petprimavest.com. By accessing this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

 

  1. Eligibility

Orders may be placed only by individuals who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in their place of residence.

 

  1. Products

Product descriptions, photographs, and other information published on the website are provided to assist customers when making purchasing decisions. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to display settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations and will not automatically constitute a lack of conformity. All pet clothing is subject to manual quality control prior to dispatch.

 

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency presented at checkout.

 

Price Transparency: For our customers in Europe, products are sold on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable taxes and import duties are included or handled by Petprimavest, ensuring complete price transparency with no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.

 

Billing Descriptor: To help you easily identify your purchase, your credit card statement will display the billing descriptor: Petprimavest.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. Accepted payment methods are those displayed during secure checkout.

 

  1. Order Processing

As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand, we maintain strict internal oversight of our supply chain. Orders are processed directly at our Singapore facility within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). After an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered using recognized international express carriers, including Priority services operated by DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

 

Estimated delivery time to Europe: 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Customers will receive automatic email notifications at key stages of delivery, including dispatch, carrier acceptance, transit updates, and local delivery progress.

If an order exceeds the standard delivery timeframe, Petprimavest will contact the relevant carrier to investigate the shipment. Following completion of the investigation, the outcome may include either a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on the circumstances and the carrier’s findings.

 

  1. Transfer of Risk

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer only when the goods are delivered into the customer’s physical possession or that of a person identified by the customer to receive the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

 

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under European consumer legislation, customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, customers should notify Petprimavest by email before the withdrawal period expires. Returned goods should be sent in accordance with the return instructions provided by customer support.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, customers should contact customer support by email within a reasonable period after delivery. The request must include:

A description of the issue; and

 

Clear photographs showing the condition of the item.

Following review, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement item or a full refund. Return of the affected item will not normally be required unless further examination is reasonably necessary.

 

  1. Returns

Returned items should be sent within the applicable return period. Due to the nature of pet clothing, all returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition and entirely free of pet hair, dander, or odors. A reduction in the refund amount, or rejection of the return, may apply where handling exceeds what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, or size of the goods, as permitted under applicable consumer legislation.

 

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable return and withdrawal provisions.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, Petprimavest shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable operational control.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer protection provisions of the European customer’s country of residence apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

  1. Amendments

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory developments. The revised version becomes effective from the date published on this website.
