1. Order Processing and Internal Fulfillment

As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand, we maintain strict control over our inventory. All orders are processed and prepared internally at our Singapore facility within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. (Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after the purchase has been completed. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Shipping Services

Petprimavest delivers orders directly to customers across Europe using recognized international express carriers, including Priority services operated by DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The optimal carrier for each shipment is selected based on the specific European destination and operational requirements to ensure reliable delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time and Price Transparency

Following dispatch, the estimated delivery time to Europe is 5–12 business days.

Customs and Duties (DDP): To ensure a seamless shopping experience, all shipments to Europe are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means Petprimavest handles all necessary customs clearance processes and applicable import taxes. You will not face any unexpected customs fees upon delivery, ensuring complete price transparency.

(Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on local courier operations or severe weather conditions).

4. Shipment Tracking

Customers will automatically receive email notifications at important stages of the delivery process, including:

Order dispatched from our facility;

Shipment accepted by the carrier;

Transit updates;

Local delivery progress.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout, allowing you to monitor your pet clothing’s journey securely.

5. Delayed Deliveries and Dispute Resolution

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely. If an order has not been delivered within the standard delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately before initiating any payment disputes.

Petprimavest will promptly request a formal investigation from the relevant carrier. Following the completion of the investigation, the outcome may include:

Shipment of a replacement order; or

A full refund.

The resolution will depend on the circumstances and the official tracking information provided by the carrier.

6. Delivery Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order. If delivery details require correction before dispatch, please contact customer support as soon as reasonably possible. Where permitted, amendments will be processed before shipment. Petprimavest cannot be held liable for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
